Build

We build customized prefabricated luxury homes

Luxiero Homes develops prefabricated structural steel based modular homes. The flexible modules can be combined in different ways to produce dissimilar floor plans in a wide array of sizes, allowing our clients the opportunity to customize their home.

Your luxury customized home will be built in our factory (according to state and local building codes) and then transported separately to the building site, where construction is completed. Using the efficiencies of modular construction, Luxiero Homes makes contemporary green features available, offering a higher level of sustainability, production speed, and continual savings on utility bills for our clients.
